“ Finding autonomy around your emotional and physical health ”
What is yoga therapy?
Yoga therapy is the specific use of yoga tools applied to the field of health, both for prevention and for the care of patients suffering from disorders.
Efficient
The traditional methods of yoga, associated with neuroscience and scientific and medical studies, have shown the validity of this comprehensive care in many areas of health.
Adapted
Particularly adapted to the business world and scientifically validated, this discipline makes it possible to prevent and relieve disorders linked to malaise at work (musculoskeletal disorders, psychosocial risks, professional/personal life imbalance).
Simple
The exercises are always as simple as possible, they give the person back his autonomy, which allows him to find serenity and fluidity in his daily life.

The benefits for the company
Improving mental & physical health with a dedicated team allows:
Cost optimization (organizational time savings for sessions, 5-in-1 offer with a single speaker)
Reducing HR administrative tasks
Improving the employer brand
Talent retention
Improving communication
Team cohesion
Better staff management (absenteeism, disengagement, turnover, etc.)
The typical session
A session always begins with the installation: state of mind, posture, breathing.
Then a bodily walk, thanks to the evaluation of bodily sensations according to the theme of the day (immunity, stress, chronic pain, etc.)
In the present moment: application of tools / verification of feelings / adaptation.
The idea being to relieve bodily and emotional tensions, not to add to them by contorting oneself in an asana which makes posture difficult, and which automatically slips in an emotional message, a parasitic thought.
Thus, the practitioner finds a feeling of serenity and sensations of fluidity, harmonizing his body and his mind.
